Planning a wedding is thrilling, but it can also feel a little lonely. Friends and family are wonderful, but sometimes you just want to talk with women who truly understand what it’s like to plan a wedding- or who’ve just been through it.
That’s why the ladies behind Bridelawyer started the Hoboken Bride Guide. We live right here in Weehawken, just a short walk from Hoboken, and we realized something important: brides in our area deserved a real community. Hoboken has so much to offer - beautiful florists, salons, bakeries, boutiques, cafés, bars, and restaurants - yet no one was organizing events to bring it all together for brides. No one else was doing it, so Bridelawyer stepped up.
Hoboken Bride Guide is about community, not memberships or exclusivity. It’s a space for brides and newlyweds to meet, make friends, share advice, gripe about wedding planning, and explore local vendors in person. Most of all, it's not about us - brides - this is all about you!
